Cask at Mansfield Arms Sauchie - clear golden body, thin white top. Nice hoppy nose, bit of grassiness and floral aroma. Clean bitter taste and a long finish.

Keg at the Mansfield arms.. Golden amber.. Small white head.. Dry toffee fruit nose.. Sweet caramel fruits.. Lught carbonation

Cask at SRAF 2011. Pours copper amber, nose is grassy toffee, taste is grassy, floral, little nutty.

Cask@GBBF 2011. Orangeish amber colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some caramel, mild grassy and floral notes along with some hay too. Flavour is bready and caramel malts along with some mild fruits, some grass, herbs and a bit hayish notes too. Mild bitterness, but at the same time quite tasty and refreshing.

Cask @ Alloa Real Ale Festival 2011. Dark copper colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel malts, little fruityness. Flavour is light caramel malts, fruity, slight hoppyness. Most average bitter.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a small, virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, nut peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Orangey-amber; malty, but slight flavour; touch of caramel & copper. Too light for its own good, as it disappears across the palate.
