Bottle at Darts Farm, Topsham, Devon. Appearance - golden with no head and steady bubbles. Nose - autumnal, dried leaves and apples going brown. Taste - stewed apples and dry leaves. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - prefer a still cider but this is not bad.

Taste is tart, sourish, apple, woody oak, vanilla, bittersweet, barnyard. Oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry with tannins and sour notes at the finish. Quite drinkable.
