Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours a pale, clear yellow. Spiced apple aroma. Medium sweet flavor, spices, warm apple. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Faint warm finish, with a character reminiscent of apple pie. Very nice.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light light unclear light yellow colour with virtually non head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, apple peel, green apples, vanila notes, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, medium dry, tart, green apple peel, apple tree - leaves notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110804]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear yellow with no head. Sweet, spicy and flat. Red apples and cinnamon. Ends dry.

Cask@GBBF2011. Yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apples, some yeast, wood, some fruity notes as well as some mild vinegary notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, soem vinegar and rather sweet.
