12 oz. can from HEB in Boerne, TX. Pours a crystal clear lighter golden-bronze color with a large off-white head and great retention. Very little lacing. Standard pale malt flavor with only a hint of caramel. The taste follows the nose: Light pale malt flavor with barely any caramel malt notes. Who's idea was it to make an Oktoberfest Lite? Light body. Lower than average carbonation. Not bitter. It's an okay light lager but an underwhelming festbier.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a copper gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and raisin. Slick body, wet biscuit, raisin, dry finish, good.
