Our rotating hoppy series makes its debut! This series will focus on the experimental, fun, and ever evolving world of hops and various hoppy styles. In this version, we've used the Conan Vermont IPA yeast and focused on Experimental Hop 06297 from Hopsteiner as the primary hop. Boasting a unique aroma and flavor tapping in to the stone fruit world, rhis hop is a new favorite for us. Idaho 7 pairs well with this one as rhe secondary lead hop. A touch of Mosaic and El Dorado help to round out this beer.

Draft at Settle Down Easy Brewing. Poured a light cloudy yellow orange color, with a very small off-white head. Aroma was light orange, some mild bitterness. Kind of got a creamy pineapple character from this? Juicy, citrus. Decent.
