500ml bottle from The Bottle Shop, Canterbury. Deep gold, clear with lasting white collar of bubbles. Attractive woody intense apple aroma. Touch of acetone on aroma, runs through the rest of the cider. Very tasty slightly orange accented fruit on the swallow. Some decent dryness on the finish. Some residual sweetness on there. A very intense apple fruit cider. Alcohol doesn’t come through at all. Just a very good tasty proper cider with some intense flavours, good acetone notes and good gum drying finish.

Bottle from Brewers Droop, Bristol. Deep gold in colour with slight carbonation. Aroma of fresh apple juice with a dryish edge. Flavour started on the sweet side, with plenty of green fruit, before some oak, a touch of earthiness and a decent, tart finish. Good.
