Our homage to the natural ciders of Northern Spain's Asturias & the Basque Country. Oregon-grown French Bittersweets, VA Harrison & Goldrush fermented naturally in large wood casks. We carbonated this cider as low as we possibly could while still keeping the cans firm. Pour this "still"-ish tart & funky cider from height right out of the can and enjoy!

Draft pour at Snallygaster 2018. Poured a clear yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was green apples, light tartness. Small apples - crab apple tartness. Light semi-sweet notes. Light and mild. Wife wasn't a huge fan.

Tap pour to a bottle, bottle pours to a glass, murky yellow with a lime green tint, no head. Bright nose, lemon, green apples, raw apple, crab apple. Flavor follow, tart with green and raw apples, some cheese here, mild wood notes. Tart and dry finish.
