The bright tropical flavors of this saison are inspired by Kilauea, a majestic, active volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii. We added thick orange mango puree, reminiscent of hot lava flow, right into the brew, giving this beer it's ripe, juicy sweetness. Eukanot, Meridian, and Huell Melon Hops enhance the fruit-forwardness with aromas of papaya, sugary lemon, and honeydew.

16oz can. Poured a nice, clear orange color with a fluffy, medium sized white head atop. Aroma was very light, mellow tropical fruits. Light juicy notes, touch of mild pepper. Flavor was light and herbal, with some mango, juicy hops. Easy to drink.
