Draught at City Tap: pours near black With beige head. Aroma is loads of chocolate and some coffee. Taste is pretty sweet. Kind of thick. Not bad.

16oz can pours an opaque black with some cloudy, grey head. Nose has big chocolate syrup, malt, caramel. Flavors of chocolate soda, caramel, bread crust, some chocolate muffin. Creamy, off dry finish.

Can at the 7/27 DC RateBeer tasting. Courtesy of a friend, thanks Mike! Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of chocolate, cocoa. Tastes of cocoa, chocolate, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish.

Can at the July DC RB mini-tasting. Poured a dark, nearly black color with a small tan head. Aroma was sweet chocolate notes. Chocolate roast. Really pleasant.
