Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, caramel, malt. Flavour is sweet, fruit, licorice, caramel, grain. Boring beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Slighty hazy golden color with a tiny head. Aroma and flavour of malt, cereals, rye bread. Quite unusual. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light white bread, toasted, pale malt, herbs, herbal, tart fruit, green leaves. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, malty, herbs, green leaves. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle, bought at the brewpub. A clear, golden one, topped by a finger-thick off-white head. Slightly burnt plasticy on the nose, fruity and with a touch of caramel and grains. The flavor has a sourish touch, with grains and fruits. Medium to thin on the palate. Although not so very good, it’s refreshing and sort of interesting. 110820

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and some fruits. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
