Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di coriandolo, pepe e frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato, Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la continuità è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. L'aroma in bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frumento, cereali, frutta secca, spezie ed erba.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is crisp malts, some bready and mild herbal tones with a bit citrus and some yeast. Flavour is citrus, wheat, some yeast and mild spicy tones. Very refreshing.

Hazy gold beer, nice sized white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Mild seltzer minerals. Nice sherbetty lemon with a touch of pineapple. Fresh and lively! Frothy semi dry finish. Tasty wit - would be great on a hot day!

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, spicy, soapy, citrus - fruity notes, dry. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, yellow beer with a small, dense, white head. Perfumed lemony nose with some coriander and a touch of pale malts. Perfumed and lemony flavor with a decent bitterness. Medium to thin on the palate, dry. Lasting lemony and bitter finish. A drinkable one indeed, but not my favorite witbier in any way. 110820
