Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a hazy, bright orange color, with a medium, white head. The nose is lemon zest, hay, dust, Riesling, and syrup. Not very sweet, with a mild bitterness. Light and effervescent. This is a mild, interesting, and tasty saison.
