On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a pretty big, bubbly, tan head. Light coffee and chicory, baking chocolate, and some dry dirt and currants. Sweet and malty, with a very light roast bitterness. Medium body, with a grainy, malty feel. This is a nice, thick, malty stout, and not overly roasty, nor overly sweet. Simple and well made.
