Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, hay, honey, clove, lemon peel and light banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent.

Taste is citrusy fruity and slightly herbal-grassy hoppy, pale and wheaty malty and slightly yeasty spicy, hints of lemon, old lemon peel, lime peel, some white pepper.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Fruity and yeasty aroma with citrus, mildly peppery Saison yeast, floral notes, orange peel, grass, and grainy malt. Flavour is light sweet and bitter with a properly dry finish, which I definitely appreciate in my Saison. Body is medium. Enjoyable.

Bottle from House of Trembling House, online. Light cloudy gold with small white head, nice retention. Simple but pleasant fruity aroma of yeast, citrus and grains. Taste is grainy, citrus, fruity, yeast, some banana.# Medium body and carbonation. Quite nice although doesn't stand out.
