On tap at the brewery. Pale, hazy yellow color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is distinct chardonnay, oak, smooth biscuit dough, orange juice, and vanilla. Sweet and yeasty, with a faint bitterness that balances well. Light to medium body, effervescent, creamy, a bit acidic, and clean. This is an excellent Tripel. Good yeasty character, and the Chardonnay goes excellently with it.
