On tap in a flight at the brewery. Cloudy, orange-ish brown, with a medium, frothy, beige head. The nose is butterscotch and candy oranges, ginger, honeysuckle, and smooth earthy and floral hops. Very sweet, and at the same time, very bitter, which balances quite nicely. Heavy body, creamy, sticky, and surprisingly smooth and easy. The ABV is hidden well - I would’ve guessed it closer to 6%. This is a smooth, complex, and delicious beer, and deceptively easy-drinking.
