9th Aug 2018; on-tap at the Brauhaus. Dirty orange/amber body, off-white crown that stayed the distance. Yeasty aroma and taste with the usual (but not always) banana, vanilla and clove like esters and flavours combining to give the traditional taste and smell from a beer of this style. Rarely had a Hefeweizen fresh and on-tap, so this was a bit of a novelty to me, liked it.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana, bubble gum, clove. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, banana, clove, bubble gum. fruity, yeast, late finish - orange peel biiter. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110708]
