On tap at the Swirl Wine Bar in Manitou Springs. Dark copper color, with a small, tan head. Ripe bananas, cloves, caramel, and pumpernickel on the nose. Sweet, with some good yeasty esters. Medium body, creamy, and smooth. This is not quite a dunkelweizen, but certainly not your average American wheat. Nice.
