Flight at the Wrecking Bar. Nose is very hoppy, with notes of honeysuckle, resin, and grapefruit, butter toffee, black pepper, and charred oak. Sweet flavor up front, with a sharp and aggressive bitterness. Surprisingly well balanced, though. Medium body, sticky, and pretty astringent. Overall, this is a lovely hop-forward barley wine. Highly recommended!
