On tap at the brewery. Dark, muddy brown, with a minimal, beige head. The aroma is burnt toast, molasses, and milk chocolate. Very sweet flavor, with a light bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and a little grainy. This is too heavy on the chocolate malts, and ends up with more stout characteristics than a brown ale.
