On tap at the brewpub. Light yellow pour, with a medium, white head. The aroma is heavy citrus, white bread, bananas, cloves, and lots of candi sugar. Very sweet flavor, with some good, citrusy tartness. Medium body, very lively, and spicy. Overall, this is a very sweet, flavorful saison, with a good mouthfeel.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of flora with light Belgian spices and a hint of cookie/honey. Flavor is sweet with flora and light fruits up front (some apple) with a good amount of sweetness coming out in the finish driven by honey.
