Tap. Pours opaque deep brown to black with a medium tan creamy head.aroma is coffee, roasted malt, cigarettes. Flavor is the same, medium sweet, perhaps due to cherries, but its not obvious. Light bitter coffee finish. Medium body.

On tap at the Windward Taco Mac. Pitch black, with a ruby note. Milk chocolate, with light cherry and wine notes. Very sweet, with little to no bitterness. Light to medium body, syrupy and a little watery. Overall, this is a weak bodied porter, one-dimensional, but still not that bad.

On tap at Taco Mac Prado. Pours a clear dark brown with a slight amber hue and a creamy brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has notes of dark grains, earthy malts and a hint of cherry. Flavor has roasted malts with some smooth chocolate and not much cherry.
