Bottle shared by some kind soul at the 2010 RBSG Grand Tasting. Poured a cloudy yellow brown with a yellow brown head. Aroma had a decent amount of pine and citrus hops with some melon, strawberry and apple notes coming out. Flavor was similar with apple and melon with the hops building towards the finish, really enjoyed this one.

Sample at the Columbus Ratebeer gathering at ogglethorp’s 11/20/08: The beer pours a hazy copper color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes slowly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of earthy malt and leafy hops, along with some citrus and other fruits. Rich and fruity mouthfeel with flavors of fruit cereal, bready malt and hops. The finish is soft and fruity with an oak and hops aftertaste. Pretty enjoyable overall.
