An American-Style wheat beer made with 50% wheat and 50% barley. A light, summer thirst quencher combined with characteristically refreshing wheat flavour.

Cask handpull at the Foundry Brewpub. Gold lasting white head. The first time I had it it tasted of a typical American wheat ie not very interesting. Second time had better hop finish and was pretty likeable

Hand bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours straw yellow, with no head or carbonation. The nose is straw, sweet malt, cereal and some floral. The taste is tangy lemon and lime, straw, white bread, sweet red apple and grass, with a bitter-dry finish. Okish.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Thanks Ian for bottling this in milk jugs. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a faint head of a few bubbles. Fresh straw and wet hay on the nose. Flavor is lightly sweet, some popcorn, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dryish finish, some grass, light corn. Not bad.
