One more crazy invention from Sagres-One more special overpriced limited edition. I don’t know if you can call this a beer or drink as one. in case you haven’t tried it just grab a cheap beer mix with lots of sugar and cocoa powder and you achieve the exact same result.

33cl bottle: best before Feb 2013, poured into a tumbler on the balcony of my holiday apartment in ’Praia da Rocha’ in July 2012. Dark looking with a thin head that didn’t hang around. Burnt chocolate malts in the nose with liquorice, coffee and earth arriving in the unpleasant taste. This is not a good beer: thin bodied with ingrediants just thrown together without an once of thought.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Very dark brown, no head. Aroma of chocolate sauce. Super sweet with clean hard moutfheel and medium body. Aggressive fake chocolate flavour. Heineken meets Southern Tier :-(

Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Very deep ruby colour, small beige head. Aroma is bigtime chocolate (dark milk chocolate), mild wooden notes underneath. Flavour is extreme chocolate (no artificial chocolate at all!), some cocoa powder and some mild coffeeish notes. A bit sweet, but oh yeah! Get me more!
