Brewed using the highest quality barley grown on UK assured farms. Golden in colour with a light, dry palate & a fresh, fruity aroma. Perfect with bangers & mash or roast beef.
Matured live in the bottle for a fresher taste. Can be enjoyed cloudy, but ideally pour slowly leaving the last few drops in the bottle with the yeast. For best results store upright & serve at 10-12°C.

From 50cl bottle. Pours fairly crisp intense gold, with medium foam (high in the beginning, but fading fast). Aroma is fruity, barnyard/hay, earthy. Body is medium, with medium carbonation (actually surprising for a bitter). A bit of a metallic feeling. In taste, low bitterness, some noticeable bitterness, of the traditional type (slightly herbaceous, terrain). Finish is relatively long, with lasting bitterness.
