Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear golden, nose is burnt toffee, grass, taste is sweet, toffee, cereal.

Il gusto al naso ritrova orzo e alcol. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta e finisce con un pizzo sul bicchiere. La grandezza delle bollicine è media e la carbonazione è abbondante. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è esuberante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L’amaro è deciso ma non così carico come il nome farebbe supporre. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo e pulito. L’aroma in bocca racconta impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo e resina.
A slightly better Boddington's.

Dorada - ámbar. Espuma duradera. Escaso aroma, indefinido. En boca tiene una textura agradable y carbonatación que se hace notar, para realzar un sabor realmente bien equilibrado. Dulce al principio, con tono frutal, algo cítrico para acabar con un final seco y un amargor agradable a la vez que frutal. Bastante rica y muy bebible. Ale notable.

Pours a clear amber color, topped with a rather small white head. Malty aroma, some grassy, fruity notes and hops. Fruity start, bittery towards the finish. Mild and drinkable.

Bottle, 500 ml at Drustvo prijatelja piva, Zagreb. Pours orange with off white head. Malty caramel aroma and flavor. Light to medium body. Somehow I expected more from this one.

Maize-yellow in colour with a lively frothy head when poured. Has a very light fruity nose and taste with some biscuit notes there too, and easy drinking texture.

Pours a nice clear amber-gold, with a big white head. Malty at the beginning, but finishes dry and hoppy. Thin to medium on the body, carbonation nicely muted. I like it very much.
