A collaboration that came to be through a love of flavour!
Team Hoppers came up North to visit us at the Beer Factory and tasked us with brewing a bespoke pale ale for the launch of their new site, Hoppers King Cross.
The brief was simple, a pale ale inspired by Toddy, the naturally fermented spirit from the sap from the Coconut flower. Add some stone-fruit and tropical aromas and the result is the perfect accompaniment to their amazing food

Slightly hazy golden pour with a decent white head. Malt, lemon and other citrus, a hint of coconut. Went well with the food, but a tiny bit too watery.
