Clear, rosé with a small, pinkish head.
Bright and fruity with no big acidity or chalk from adjunct. Malty, with soft honey-like notes balancing easily. Bit of herbal, spicy elderflower lingering. Almost no lacto in the nose.
Light, spritzy, with a zesty herbal character and nicely attenuated grape character. Tart skin and good acidity throughout with a good deal of dryness, but just enough chewy wheat and malt to balance. Very, very low lacto, wow. This is surprising for an Oxbow mixed ferm...

On tap at Gold Star Beer Counter. Pours pinkish orange. Red grape, funk, tart, floral, toast, sourdough toast, gooseberry. Medium body. Nice.
