I’ll have the Dark! Our shadowy Bavarian-style lager is a unique blend of continental Munich and specialty malts, which is reminiscent of fresh-baked bread, molten toffee, and a whisper of chocolate. Rich malt complexity, yet decidedly drinkable.

Draught at source: pours mahogany with off white head. Aroma is light toffee, some caramel, little grainy. Lightly sweet. Lightly bitter finish.

Tap at the brewery taproom tampa fl. An amber brown coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is nutty brown malts, brown bread, subdued, some sugar. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty cereals, hazelnut, autumnal notes, brown bread. Ok. Fairly mellow. Flavour is composed of semi sweet little thin, moderate carbonation. Ok.
