2.5oz kindly served by Jasmine. Appearance: very dark brown with a nice beige head. Aroma: lots of dark chocolate, some earthiness coming from cocoa, sponge cake, vanilla. Everything is as described, very good work done! Taste: chocolate, sponge cake. Finish is like I've just swallowed a bite of cake. Whoa! Overall: really nice and quality done, fabulous!

On tap at the brewery. Pours black. Chocolate, chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, chocolate sprinkles, earthy roastiness, biscuit. Nice soft body. Somehow gets all that chocolate across without veering into intense sweetness. Good.
