BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, bittersweet, with some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet palles, overriped apples, toffee notes, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, riped apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF2011. Hazy golden colour with no head. Aroma is red apples, mild fruityness, some earth as well as quite sweet riped apples as well. Flavour is sweet and sour apples along with earth, yeast and some mild cheesy notes.
