Cask (handpump) @ Bar Fringe, 8 Swan Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 5JN.Clear medium golden yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light apple, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (Cask at Ship & Mitre, Liverpool, 18 July 2009) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus (mainly lemon) and grassy hops in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Drinkable.

Cask conditioned at The Three Guineas, Reading. Pale gold with a slight white head. Grapefruit and orange blossom aroma with some sweetness. Flavour again dominated by citrus with a decent, dry finish.

Cask @ Bar Fringe, Manchester. lemon and grapefruit in the aroma. Lemony vinous flavor, almost wheaty and slightly perfumed.
