In October 2005 we shared the same house, university and passion. Same and parallel career path: a brewer and an enologist together in a real and engaging project. Two musts together for a unique and precious friendship.

A clear rose red colour, small white lacing. Aroma of red berries, grapes, tart fruits. Taste of red berries, grapes, some red apples, belgian yeast.

Ziemlich trockener, weicher traubenartiger Beginn. Leicht alkoholisch, rote Trauben, harmonisch, ok. 9/6/8/8/9/7

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è evanescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio, e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la permanenza è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, pane, nocciola, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, mela, vino rosso e vino Sangiovese.

Tap @Open Baladin in Rome-Italy. Orange-Amber bright a bit clear with a creamy off-white foam. Nose: butterscotch, dried fruit, hint of wine most. Mouth: far too clean, the sourness is well hidden almost absent.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo / rosè velato, al naso spiccano subito note di vino (principalmente bianco) poi frutti rossi (ciliege) e leggero legno, in bocca le stesse sensazioni dell’aroma, corpo leggero, leggero acidula, carbonazione leggera, dolce con amaro moderato. Abbastanza secca nel finale. Molto buona, bella vinosa, ben fatta. Mi piace. c. Cantina della birra 20.08.21

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange, clear, with limited white foam, medium grained. Aroma is delicate of red wine. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet with a slight, delicate acidity. Final is average.
