Amber brown colour, off-white head. Light, malty aroma, light caramel, light fruity, some English hops. Rather bitter flavour, slight malts. Bitter finish with some malt touches.
Surprisingly weak aroma, but overall quite nice.

Cask at CBC, London. Pours golden-brown, clear, with a foamy white head. Lightly toasted wood aroma. Nice flavor, lightly sweet, with toasted grains and wood, mild toasted dough, some straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Mildly dry finish, toasty grains and wood, toasty dough, light sweetness. Very solid bitter with nice nuance.
