Many thanks for this beer To tderoeck. BBF: 11.2009, a wiec chyba to 10-letni lambick. Piwo jest dziwne, na poczatku czuc mocna slodycz, guma do zucia landrynki, mamba, potem nieco octowego dreslingu kwasku cytrynowego i herbaciano korzenne wykonczenie. Czuc tu stare spruchniale drewno. Barwa herbaciana, malenka piana. Thanks Tim for finding this.

Bottle at Kulminator, BB 11/2009. Dark brown-ish color with creamy beige head. Aroma is yoghurt, peach. Taste is peach, yoghurt, quite tart, but also somehow sweet, sweatpants. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite weird, but not oxidized to death.

Tap at De Paas. Brownish with white head. Sweet malts, sugar cane, lemonade syrup concentrate, light vinegar. Big sweet and a mild sour leaning into it. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at De Paas. Bit hazy dark amber with big beige head. Quite sweet sugary, sweet malts, light funk, caramel, light apple sauce, soft sugared dried mango stuff. Quite sweet and light sour. Just medium bodied. Not too bad actually.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at De Paas. Strange to find this tick of a faro that’s been eluding me for years! Hazy dark amber with a cream coloured head. Aroma is funky on the barnyard side with fruity notes and caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light to moderate sour behind. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I didn’t really expect too much from this one but it’s not bad for the style.

15 van tap @BFGM18, helder amber met witte jraag. aroma van zuurtjes, zoet, hout en lambic. fris. Smaken zijn redelijk tot stevig zoet, kandijsuiker, de zuren van de lambic zijn wel aanwezig maar wel flink naar de achtergrond gedrongen door het zoete, zacht, wat boterig mondgevoel, aardig, jammer dat het een beetje te zoet is.

Tap at cafe zilt, amsterdam. Pours amber. Aroma is sweet, sour, funky, sugar. Flavor is basically grapefruit juice, sweet, sour, fruity grapefruit.. Overall: good.

Bottle at home thanks to clockwork. Had a shitty day so figured crack a rare style tick to up the mood. Pours light brown with some floaters. Nose is candy and some caramel. Tastes of caramel, lots of pear, some yeast, candy, Lambic funk, and artificial sweetener.

Appearance : Clear dark amber color. Medium white head.
Taste : Very sweet, candy-like, medium sour.
Palate : Medium body. Sticky texture. Sweet finish.
Overall : Nice sweet-sour.
