BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. 6.5%. Golden colour, no head and aroma of light funk, apple, woody. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, melon, tannic with funky woody notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity & tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Hazy golden without head. Aroma is sweet apples and green apples. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 280717

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are quite sour apples, tart, fruits, sulphur and has a sour finish.

Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.ABV: 7.2%. Light unclear light yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, phenol - yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart green apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110616]

@GWBCF2011. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some tart wooden notes and some slight yeastyness as well. Flavour is apples, yeast, mild wooden and vanillaish notes. Wellbalanced.
