We co-fermented a beer with a mix of Belgian saison strains and a blend of Brettanomyces. We then rested the beer on raspberries & cherries from a local orchard. It’s tart with thirst quenching acidity and perfect for the the last month of summer.

375ml clear bottle shared at the Spring DC tasting. Poured a light golden yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was funky, light sweetness. Lots of wild yeasty notes. Light tart acidic character.

50cl bottle pours a hazy gold, white head. Nose has funk and poop, lemon rind, herbs. HUGE carbonation in the mouth, really distracts, lemon and herbs finally, some grist, dandelion. The carbonation just grates and kills the finish.

Apricot and lime. Murky yellow pour. Some tang in finish. Bottle thanks to Beastiefan.
