Not really what I would call an ideal beer. Lots of jalapeno and plenty of cilantro but this doesn't come off nice like a taco. Clear orange pour without much head. Tangy finish with some heat. Tap at brewery.

Pint can, WW. Gold, hint of haze, dusting of a head. Nose is overwhelmingly jalapeno, followed by pale malt, light citrus, and perhaps a hint of cilantro. Jalapeno, light citrus peel, light cilantro. Heat is muted, but eventually appears mid-tongue, back of the throat. I mean let's be fair: this is unnecessary. It's fine, but...

16oz can. I'm a huge sucker for a jalapeno beer, no matter the quality, I'll try it and will probably like it. Poured a clear golden amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was some nice smokey jalapeno flesh, not a lot of capsaicin heat on the nose. Flavor was malt forward, some bitter citrus rind, with some light grassy notes. Not overly hot, mild jalapeno character.
