Sampled at wakefest 2019. Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is full, roasty, chocolate, bourbon. Taste is full, roasty, intense, chocolate. Full bodied, well-blended-in-bourbon. Tad boozy. Nice

From bottle thanks to Bob! Black color with light brown head. Malty aroma, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, cocoa, alcoholic, bourbon, wood. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium to full, silky oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Mongers. Pours a pitch black color with a medium beige head. A huge sweet fruity cocoa nose. Rich, musty, chocolate, licorice, sweet, bourbon, light coconut.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of rich bourbon, chocolate, licorice, malt, caramel and vanilla booze. Taste has chocolate, earthy coconut, chocolate, licorice, malt, bourbon booze, vanilla and caramel. Very nice.

Pours a pitch black colour. Brown head that quickly disappears. Aroma's of cocos, milk chocolate, light boozy alcohol/bourbon. Retronasal there's a bit more of the bourbon, with chocolate, cocos, some red fruit. Flavour is heavy sweet, chocolatey, bourbon-y, a bit roasted. Alcohol feel is definitely strong and warming but not burning. Medium to full bodied. Finishes with bourbon and chocolate. Great but dangerous stuff.

Refrigerated 12 oz. squat brown bottle from RobertDake poured into a snifter. Black with small light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, medium/thick body, little lacing, and and little lacing. Taste is chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, some coconut, and a little booze.

Bottle, 355 ml from Beergium. Shared with Max and Kova. Black with brownish head. Lots of bourbon, especially in aroma. Chocolate, some dark fruit, low carbonation, vanilla. Sweet. Warming. Oily. Smooth. Low carbonation. Medium to full bodied. Chased this one for some time, maybe expected a bit more, but it is a good beer.
