Crystal clear, golden coloured body with a nice, smallish, single centimetre to perhaps two tall pure white head that fades quickly and leaves nothing up top. Aroma of grass, light citrus, some fresh-cut grass and a tiny bit of herbal elements, all without any alcohol or malt to speak of, at least in the nose. Light-bodied; Very sharp pungent grassy and light grapefruit note coming through with a distinct malt that has some bitterness and a touch of a metallic and pungent yeast bite that hits towards the end. Aftertaste shows some very grassy and herbal components with some dry grain, a touch of hay and flowers and a yeastie, slightly bitter malt note with a kick from the metal and slightly astringent yeast, malt and biscuity notes. Overall, a nice and fresh, slightly grassy lager with a good hit from the hops on all sides that shows a complex and flavourful profile without being pungent, bitter or too depe. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-July-2020 for US$3,32 sampled at my house here in Washington on 09-September-2020.

Growler from Meridian Pint. Poured a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweet malts. Crisp, clean. Some mild grassy notes. Pleasant stuff.
