A touch hazy deep strong orange and copper coloured body, with a very bright crimson and almost pinkish haze and glow, all underneath a relatively thin one to two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of sour candy (not surprisingly), citrus fruits, tart fruit from berries and almost a hibiscus bite, all with some very light notes of malt and resinous hops and perhaps the faintest note of alcohol, but stronger scents of smelly FEET! Medium-bodied; Strong soured and tart flavour that obviously hits much more of a sour than any sort of IPA - but some dry and lightly perfumey notes show at the very end. Aftertaste is crisp, very fruity, with a lot of sweetness coming out - mainly from the candy and fructose, but also some resinous flavours and that bit of alcohol that is noticeable at the end. Overall, a nice beer and good fro the sour lover, but not really an IPA by any imagination; That said, I really liked it and you will too, if you can find it and if you like sour PATCH kids, like I do, as well. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 22-May-2020 for US$2,69 sampled at my house here in Washington on 05-June-2020.

16oz can, purchased from Trader Joe's. Poured a clear yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light tartness, some mild acid. Juicy, light tangerine. Sweet tarts. Nice stuff.
