In the most amicable takeover ever, the Old Ox and the SDE teams were able to enjoy good beer, good company, El Tio, and cornhole...and brew a beer!This Belgian Amber boasts a Vienna malt base malt with some layers of complexity coming from Caramunich, Chocolate Rye, Special B, and Honey Malt specialty blend. A patented, "slow pour" method was utilized with Belgian Amber candi sugar in the kettle. A unique Saison strain from Jasper Yeast was selected to make everything come together.

Can at poured a kind of dark amber color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was lightly toasted malts, light sweet sugar and a touch of funky, slightly dusty yeast. Flavor was pleasant malt, with a tinge of sour grains to it. Light yeasty funk in the finish.
