Peach Coconut Milkstave IPA is our naturally soured Milkshake IPA. Brewed with a heavy amount of fluffy oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra. This batch was fermented and conditioned entirely in a French oak foudre with our Magickal mixed culture for roughly eight months. Conditioned in oak atop Madagascar vanilla beans and heaps of fresh coconut and peach purée.

Fairly hazy medium dark straw color. Frothy white head. Sweet nose that smells like suntan lotion with peach juice with some slight sour notes underneath. Palate is modestly sour with underlying sweetness and the nose theme continues. Never cloying, but the suntan notes overwhelmed too much and glad I shared this with someone else. Not bad, but one and done is fine.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was peach and coconut. Nice light tart peach, got a little bit of alcohol here.

Kind of like a pina colada with beer. Pours hazy yellow with great head and lacing. Peach, milk, coconut. Works though -- odd by nice. Light tangy finish. Decent stuff. Tap at Snally.
