Belgian Wit yeast was selected for this hoppy Belgian pale ale. It was paired with coriander, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, and grapefruit peel added in the boil. Cashmere, Denail, Amarillo, and New Zealand Wakatu were paired with the yeast and fruit. The hop additions in the kettle, whirlpool and dry hop were utilized with Hazy IPA techniques in mind.

Draft at Settle Down Easy Brewing Co. Poured a kind of pale yellow color, kind of like a Belgian Wit, with a little, small, creamy white head. Aroma was creamy and juicy. Light fruity hops. Almost a wheat character here. Really pleasant, light grassy, juice.
