Castle in Brooklyn’s grist combines UK pale malt, white wheat, flaked barley, and Murphy & Rude oats. We then ferment the beer with our House Ale #2 yeast, a London ale strain.
The final product is a soft, radiantly tropical IPA that we’ll gladly call home.

Draft at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a small very slightly off-white head. Aroma was very citrus, creamy malts. Flavor was pleasant grain, fruit, citrus. Light juicy notes. Smooth, easy to drink.
