Mildly tart and packed full of cherry flavor and aroma thanks to the 20 lbs per barrel of puree added in fermentation. Brewed in collaboration with Ornery Brewing Co. of Fairfax City.

Draft pour at Mustang Sally. Poured more of an amber ruby color than anything else, without much of a head. It was small and wispy, with a tinge of gray to it. Aroma was solid cherry skins. It was tart, but not overly sour. Flavor had a little bit of pucker here and a light cherry finish.
