Draft at Cobbler Mountain Cellars. Poured a pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma was apple, sweetness, but not sugary sweet. Light honey. Pleasant.

Red delicious apple nose. Clear yellow, effervescent. Sweet apple, finishes dry. Light body, moderate carbonation.

$3.25 bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pale gold, lots of carbonation. Lighter aroma of apple, honey. Not unpleasant like I find come ciders to be. Flavor is bittersweet apple, honey, without being cloyingly sweet. Juicy and solid. Good carbonation.

12oz bottle from the cidery pours a hazy gold with some filmy, white head. Nose has apples and honey, apple skins, mild candle wax. Flavor follows, crisp apple, apple juice, honey. Slightly sweet finish. Maybe their best offering.
