Cask (gravity) @ Cruise Roma - Barcelona, Un Mare di Birra, Grimaldi Lines.Unclear medium to dark red amber colour with a small to average, frothy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, hay, roasted, caramel, light chocolate, heavy hoppy, dusty hops, grass - hay, hop oil, wood - earth notes. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter with a long long duration, caramel, laberlarver (licorice candy, licorice notes, very hoppy. Body is medium full, texture is oily - creamy and smooth, sticky, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. IMO very good and hoppy, but not a seseon beer - very powerfull.
