Passion fruit and tangerine. A dose of citrus here. Murky orange yellow pour without much head and a bit of lacing. Light hop tang finish. Tap at Fairfax taproom.

16oz can. Poured a very hazy dark yellow-light orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was really solid, lots of orange, juicy mango and melon. Smooth, very easy to drink. Solid stuff.

From a pint can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with a fluffy white head. Aromas are of tropical fruit and melon. Flavors are sweet mango and bitter citrus.

Ridiculously hazy golden coloured body with a very pungent raw honey glow, with one to two centimetres tall off-white and tan head - very nice. Aroma of super pungent grassy, herbal and floral bitter hop notes with a mild grapefruit and citrus notes, but the grassier side is much stronger. Medium to Full-bodied; Very strong pungent astringent and alcohol notes with a slight medicinal flavour, but a very bitter hop bite with the grassy and herbal notes the strongest, but some light sweetness is detectable from grapefruit and full oranges. Aftertaste is deep, super bitter and pungent with some astringent and medicinal notes, but a lot of dry, floral grassy and herbal hop characteristics that show a deep, hoppy profile that is most akin to a dank West Coast IPA with a super hazy glow. Overall, a nice and pungent true Imperial (or slightly stronger West Coaster) IPA that has a great dry, herbal hop bite with a subdued sweetness, but a deep set of flavours. Good to try, especially fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from The Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria (Potomac Yard), Virginia on 11-April-2020 for US$5,30 sampled at my house here in Washington on 13-May-2020.
